Description

Prime Minister James Callaghan gives a speech to the United Nations on the subject of chemical weapons. He calls on all states to reject these weapons, and for those countries with the ability to supply chemical weapons, to show restraint. He also proposes that the United Nations should continue to contribute to peacekeeping.
