Description

Police Chief Inspector Fred Ashmore is interviewed on a crash on the M4 in which a van overturned and thirteen people were killed. The van was full of young people who had attended a pop festival. Ashmore says the victims were sitting unrestrained in the van, which had no passenger seats. Female interviewer not identified.
