Chairman of the 1922 Conservative Party backbench committee, Sir Marcus Fox calls on his colleagues to support the European Communities (Finance) Bill and its controversial increased payments to the EC, due to come before Parliament in the upcoming new Session. He says if they don’t there could be a vote of no confidence in the Government leading to a general election. Interviewer not heard.
