Description

Residents of Manchester have reacted angrily to comments allegedly made by the Queen during a visit to Russia. The Queen is reported to have described Manchester as not such a nice place while speaking to people on a walkabout in Saint Petersburg. Palace officials have played down the alleged remarks, but the people of Manchester are not amused. Interviewer not heard.
