Description

Chairman of the Police Federation, Jim Jardine explains the situation involving the people killed in a coach crash. Five members of the police service were killed in the accident, when the coach taking them to the Police Federation Conference at Blackpool suffered a brake failure and overturned near Wakefield, but Jardine says that the conference will go ahead as planned.
