Bush is willing to commit 30,000 US troops to an international security force. With comment from Whitehouse spokesman Marlin Fitzwater; President of the UN Security Council Andre Erdos. Report on views of acting US Secretary of State Laurence Eagleburger who met with UN Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali earlier this week.
