Chris Morten reports from Salisbury on an address by Rhodesian Prime Minister Ian Smith (excerpts heard) prior to the visit to the capital Salisbury by the British chairman of the Geneva conference Ivor Richard. Smith warns the new British proposals differ from the Kissinger agreement accepted and could jeopardise the transition to black majority rule.
