Description

Kevin Murphy interviews Home Office minister Douglas Hogg about a visit to Washington DC in the USA where he will tour areas blighted by the crack cocaine trade. Hogg will also visit a hospital unit treating babies addicted to crack through their mothers’ dependency, and see problems in Miami, and Nassau in the Bahamas.
