Jason Kaye reports on security alerts following coded IRA messages yesterday revealing a number of hidden devices had been planted in central London, and on the effect on shops of the disruption. The threat comes comes as peace talks open in Belfast between a high level US delegation and Sinn Fein. Even if the IRA declare a ceasefire the fear remains of rogue attacks on the mainland.
