Brian Ging reports that the three police officers cleared of the manslaughter of illegal immigrant Joy Gardner (on 28/07/93) could still face disciplinary action. The Aliens Deportation Group is to be disbanded. Black community remains angry at lack of justice, and police officers at their colleagues being accused.
