Norwich South MP, John Garrett is calling for an inquiry into the dumping of cow carcasses close to the source of drinking water supplies to more than a quarter of a million people. Residents fear the water could become contaminated by the so-called mad cow disease (BSE) virus. Arthur Baird from Hales Waste Control says they will carry on dumping. Sam Ralph of Norfolk County Council says there is nothing to worry about. Graham Lewis reports.
