British Leyland Personnel Manager Pat Lowry makes a statement and gives an ultimatum. BL management have set up two working groups to work on collective bargaining problems and equality of wages across similar jobs and suggest that as problems will now be dealt with, toolmakers should stop their strike or will lose their jobs.
