Monty at Large. Monty Modlyn visits traditional craft workshops located on the riverside near Rotherhithe, south-east London as part of a scheme by Southwark Council targeted at young people. He visits Waterside, an old grain warehouse built in 1840. He interviews Horace Cutler, Greater London Council; Maureen Chapel(?), a litho printer; Jane Armstrong, a potter; Jeremy Low(?), who repairs musical instruments; Steven(?) Linsel(?), a spinet maker; Robert Allen(?), a boot maker; Sandy Black, a knitter; Adrian, a cabinet maker. At Hope Sufferance Wharf, Modlyn interviews Peter Leyton(?), a glass blower; Graham Collins, Estates Surveyor for Southwark Council; Eric Eels(?), Employment Industrial Development Officer for Southwark Council; Bronson Shaw, stained glass window maker; Carol and Giles Fisher, potters; children Jackie and Michael Conway, who are having lessons; David Jamieson(?), a textile designer.
