- Political correspondent Max Cotton reports on the Labour conference in London today which voted to get rid of Clause 4 on wholesale nationalisation, in a victory for Tony Blair. Speaking at the conference are Arthur Scargill; Tony Blair, Labour leader; Bill Morris, General Secretary TGWU; veteran trade union leader Rodney Bickerstaffe; Wolverhampton Labour party member. We also hear announcement of the result of the vote and speech reaction from Tony Blair after the result. Also protesters heard outside the hall. Sound is in mono.
