Harold Wilson speech on his work for human rights of Soviet Jews and visit to Israel over Christmas, where he met recent immigrants including some he had helped extricate from the USSR. His speech is delivered on the eve of his departure as UK Prime Minister at a dinner in London at which he received an honorary doctorate from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
