The Queen has sent a message of support to the people of Dunblane after the school massacre in the town (13/03/96) while opening the new Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds. Her visit has attracted criticism, including that from Lord Donald Soper, the veteran peace campaigner. Lord Soper is asked why he thinks the Queen should have postponed her engagement.
