Emma Howard reports from the City of London where office workers have defied the IRA by returning to work this Monday morning despite the threat of further terrorist activity after the bomb attack on 10/04/92 which killed three. The explosion left the Baltic Exchange and the Chamber of Shipping so badly damaged they face demolition.
