Report on the Channel 4 programme MI5’s Official Secrets which was banned by the IBA shortly before transmission last night on the grounds it would have contravened the Official Secrets Act. During the programme two former MI5 employees alleged phone tapping of leading members of the CND, National Council for Civil Liberties and trade union officials.
