African National Congress (ANC) veteran Walter Sisulu on the news that South African President Nelson Mandela is to receive the Order of Merit from the Queen at a special ceremony in Cape Town. Says Mandela is thinking of the future of South Africa, and in particular its relationship with Britain and people will be pleased to see the Queen. Interviewer not heard.
