Lynne Mennie reports on a train crash outside Bellgrove station in Glasgow after trains travelling in opposite directions were routed to the same track. British Rail General Manager John Ellis speaks to press describing the scene and says they take full blame, but can’t speculate on causes; eyewitness accounts from Chris Henry and Joseph Gardner(?); Transport Secretary Paul Channon says an investigation is required after 3 serious crashes in 3 months.
