British Rail General Manager John Ellis speaks to press describing the scene and says they take full blame, but can’t speculate on causes; eyewitness accounts from Chris Henry and Joseph Gardner(?); Transport Secretary Paul Channon says an investigation is required after 3 serious crashes in 3 months.
