George Matheson reports on the death of 45 year-old Conservative MP for Eastleigh, Stephen Milligan. Fellow MP, Peter Lough says he will miss Milligan, whilst Conservative Party Chairman, Sir Norman Fowler says it is too soon to think about the political consequences of his death. Milligan’s body was discovered at his west London home clad only in women’s underwear; police are still treating the death as suspicious.
