Description

Transport Secretary Paul Channon tells the House of Commons of the security measures taken when a bomb is thought to be on a plane, as in the case of Pan Am Flight 103. The measures are compared with those implemented in the US. Shadow Transport Secretary John Prescott claims the Goverment was in a muddle over the bomb warnings; Channon responds. Des Fahy reports.
