Description

Lord Owen (David Owen) EC mediator in the peace talks on the former Yugoslavia interviewed over the phone from Geneva on the new peace accord and whether it will be ratified by the Bosnian Serbs who now hold much of the former Yugoslavia. He is optimistic for resolution of the conflict although says cessation of hostitlities will not be an easy process. Male interviewer not identified.
