Description

Amidst the uproar over the new DHSS rules, Mark Jordan has discovered a large group living a style of life not usually associated with life on the dole. They are the youngsters who have embarked on massive fraud of the DHSS, making false claims in false names. In the programme ‘Andrew’ talks of how he makes over £.50,000 a year in false claims...'Tricia’ tells of how she got unemployment benefit despite the fact that she is a 21 year-old Californian on an extended holiday in this country. The feature is followed by comment from Mr. Ray Whitney, Minister of State for Social Security.
