On radio, Laurence Olivier was content to play the Porter (even though he could not resist wearing a three-piece suit for rehearsals) in a production of KING HENRY VIII for the BBC Home Service in 1954. The production also featured Vivien Leigh as Anne Boleyn, John Gielgud (Buckingham), Paul Scofield (Norfolk) and Ralph Richardson (Cardinal Wolsey).
