Synopsis
Polly Findlay’s 2018 Royal Shakespeare Company production of Macbeth starring Christopher Ecclestone and Niamh Cusack, filmed live at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in April 2018. The production references tropes and images of horror cinema and the set is dominated by a clock with a red digital display counting down from two hours to zero, the moment of Macbeth’s death.
