Synopsis

John Oliver, the show’s British correspondent, joins Stewart in commenting on the scandal and concludes with a parody of the ‘this England’ speech from Richard II as he reports on the expenses for clearing his moat, claimed by former Conservative Cabinet Minister, Douglas Hogg.
