Synopsis
Norman O’Neill conducts the Wireless Chorus and the BBC Orchestra in a concert of his own music, written for Shakespeare’s plays. The Orchestra plays the Overture from ‘Hamlet’ and ‘Three Shakespearean Sketches (The Merchant of Venice); George Baker sings Shakespearean songs and the Wireless Chorus and Orchestra have their first concert performance of the incidental music for ‘Henry V’, Battle Music and Marches.
