Notes

Notes
The copy held at the Library of Congress has no titles and is very much out of sequence. Ball based his detailed notes on this ‘badly organised’ negative. The print at LC is 16mm (1194ft, 33 mins), some 13 minutes shorter than the original.
General
Some sources cite Arrigo Frusta as director and adapter. The Library of Congress names Luigi Maggi. Robert Hamilton Ball cites Lena Lenard as Desdemona.
Stills
The Museum of Modern Art, New York City holds stills from the film.
