Leaving Drew

Synopsis
Fiction short. Campbell, a struggling actor, is appearing in a production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream for the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival at Drew University. When the production closes he goes back home to Los Angeles and as he waits for his flight he dreams of a beautiful fairy. On the plane he meets a woman who resembles the fairy of his dreams. The film begins with Puck’s epilogue and the gap between dream and reality is a central and recurring motif.
