Synopsis
Radio western series set in 1840s Texas starring Barton Yarborough as Hawk Larabee. Hawk meets a broken-down actor, Edwin Crane, in a saloon unaware that Crane is part of a plot to set up Hawk for some gunslingers. At the end Crane begs forgiveness and Hawk replies ‘I know a little Shakespeare myself, ‘the quality of mercy is not strained’.
