Bremner, Bird & Fortune [01/10/2005]

Synopsis
Political satire series led by impressionist Rory Bremner. Includes a sketch in which Jaques’ ‘seven ages of man’ speech is parodied to chronicle the ‘strange, eventful history’ that was the career of John Birt, former Director-General of the BBC and now advisor to Prime Minister Tony Blair. Tom Baker, who played Doctor Who, speaks the lines that list the attributes of Birt, famously the ‘dalek voice’ and a strong penchant for Armani suits.
