Witch’s Tangled Hare, A

Synopsis
Animation. The credits appear over a blasted heath. A young Shakespeare walks thoughtfully along, quill in hand, stuck on page one of Macbeth. He comes across an intriguing scene and hides behind a tree. He sees a witch by a bubbling cauldron and begins to take notes. Soon the witch decides she need a rabbit for her stew. A chase through the nearby Castle Macbeth ensues as the witch tries to catch Bugs, taking notes as he goes along. Bugs forms a plan to flatter the witch - she runs off and reappears as Juliet on a balcony imploring Bugs (dressed as Romeo)`don’t just stand there like a ninny, come on up’. There are further references to Romeo and Juliet all of which Shakespeare records. Eventually Bugs, the witch and Shakespeare all meet. It turns out that the witch and Shakespeare used to date but he couldn’t remember what apartment she lived in ‘2B or not 2B’. They walk off arm in arm. That’s all, folks!
