Synopsis
Moot court recorded at the United States Supreme Court, West Conference Room, Shakespeare Theatre, Washington D.C, sponsored by the Lawyer’s Committee on the Shakespeare Theatre. The purpose of the trial was to assess the mental state of Hamlet at the time he murdered Polonius, and to determine his criminal responsibility. Justices Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Anthony Kennedy presided.
