All Night Long

Synopsis
Feature film updating Othello to a jazz club setting. Aurelius Rex is a famous black jazz musician with a white wife, former singer Delia. Wealthy Rodney Hamilton throws a party for him where one of the guests, drummer Johnny Cousin, wants Delia to be in his new band. When she refuses he uses lies and insinuations to break up the marriage, including editing a taped conversation to make it seem as if Delia is having an affair with Rex’s manager, Cass. Having heard the tape Rex is so furious he nearly strangles her. Eventually Johnny’s schemes are revealed and Rex and Delia are reunited.
