Atomic Shakespeare

Synopsis
US comedy detective series. ATOMIC SHAKESPEARE opens with a boy who is disappointed that he has to read Shakespeare for his homework, rather than watch his favourite programme MOONLIGHTING. Dejectedly he goes to his room and begins reading The Taming of the Shrew which is performed by members of the cast in an adaptation written in a version of Elizabethan verse. The episode ends with the boy asking his mother if MOONLIGHTING is still on, she replies ‘No, but it wasn’t very good tonight anyway’.
