Synopsis
Performance tape for SHAKESPEARE - BREATHING LIFE INTO TEXT. Demonstrates the different disciplines of theatre directing and film directing. Shows two different directors in two different media working with 2 key scenes each of Shakespeare’s Hamlet. The scenes are AIII i and AIII iv. Both scenes are played out in full and in both versions, the same actors are used by two different directors working with the same text, but with different endings.
