Dr Corbin, Head of the School of English at the University of Exeter, discusses theatre forms and dramatic conventions of the Elizabethan and Jacobean stage. Side one: the development of the Elizabethan theatre and playhouse. Side two: discussion of the dramatic conventions and acting styles of the drama of the period.
