When Sidney Lumet remade the film in 157 as STAGESTRUCK Susan Strasberg omitted the ‘Hamlet’ speech and retained only Juliet’s lines from the balcony scene.
Awards
Katharine Hepburn won a 1934 Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Leading Role for her portrayal of Eva Lovelace.
