Play synopsis: A satirical comedy about the decline of the sense of guilt, set partially in hell and partially on earth. Don Juan moves back and forth between the two spheres and reports to Satan, whose complaint is that mortals are indifferent to the suffering he would impose on them, is that they no longer believe in sin.
Production history: This play was first produced by Stuart Latham on 5 August 954, at the Palace Theatre, Bideford, as part of the Devon Festival of the Arts.
