Summary
King decorates war heroes for gallantry in Norway and with the BEF in France. Previously he had received privately the widow of the first VC of the war Mrs Warburton Lee and posthumously awarded the VC to Captain Warburton Lee of the HMS Hardy for action in Narvik.
