MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: War Against Traffic Sinners. DESCRIPTION: New traffic manners in Germany. SHOTLIST: In Berlin, Policemen have a good way of dealing with road-hogs. One Motorist cuts in at a corner and is seen by a policeman. The Guardian of the Law stops him, making him deflate the tyres and then pump them up with a hand pump much to the amusement of the onlookers.
