MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Sailing on Skates. SHOTLIST: Americans at the art of sailing on skates. To do this a set of specially designed skates are necessary and a model sail, with balance and design similar to that of yachts. CW "Rance" Capes, National champion with No 7 on sail and wearing an aviation helmet, and also Charley Decker, a clever performer with No 2 on his sail, show their skill at this particular winter sport.
