MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The King. HM Reviews Scouts and Goes By River to Greenwich. DESCRIPTION: HM Reviews Scouts at Windsor Castle. Two days later, accompanied by the Queen and Princess Elizabeth, he goes by river to Greenwich. At Greenwich the Queen opens the National Maritime Museum. SHOTLIST: Scouts marching past King and Queen. Group shot of King, Queen, Queen Mary and the Princesses. Scouts marching past. March of same to St George’s Chapel, Windsor. The Princesses seen with Baden Powell. They halt at the steps. The Dean of Windsor, Archbishop of Canterbury and Lord Baden Powell are seen standing in group on the steps. Close shot. Scouts leave chapel after service. Close shot of Lord Baden Powell leading the cheers for the King. The King and Queen with Princess Elizabeth board royal launch. On the Thames. Launches pass under Tower Bridge. Aerial shot of formation of launches on the river headed by the Royal Barge. Queen Mary leaving car at Greenwich. Scenic shot of the Royal Naval College.
