MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: US Election Scenes. DESCRIPTION: At his country residence, Hyde Park, President Roosevelt works whilst voting takes place. The Roosevelt family vote at their local Polling Station. SHOTLIST: Shot of President Roosevelt going into voting box to place vote. Shot taken with Mrs Roosevelt. Night shot of New York illuminated and crowds surging forward waving. Election Scenes - CARD 6442 Roosevelt on the arm of his son speaking to crowd of people and laughing outside house. Shots of him leaving them. Good shot of Hyde Park house. Interior shots of Roosevelt seated at table with telegrams of congratulations and Secretary MacIntyre.
