Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The King Holds His First 1934 Levee. DESCRIPTION: Rainy weather precludes customary pageantry of Royal procession to St James’s Palace. SHOTLIST: Shot of the arrival of officers at the Palace. The Yeomen of the Guard seen in the doorway of same. King George V drives past in a closed coach. Entrance of the coach into the Palace gates and also the King leaving again. Shots of the distinguished men leaving the Palace and making way to their cars.
