Summary
COI synopsis: Those who go down to the sea in sailing dinghies often find that a life on the ocean wave can easily turn into a struggle under the ocean wave when they are inexperienced. But a computer can mastermind the movements of an indoor sailing dinghy and prepare a novice at sailing for every hazard the sea and wind are likely to spring on him, except a thorough soaking.
