Summary
COI synopsis: Carbon fibres have proved their value in racing cars - now Lotus are going to put carbon fibre re-inforced glass fibre cars in the hands of the ordinary motorist. Lighter and stronger than steel - a carbon fibre body can be driven at 220 mph without distorting its shape. Watch out for the traffic light Grand Prix!
