Summary
COI synopsis: Howard Williams demonstrates a new kind of industrial magic - a multi-tracked tractor which can move in any direction at all, smoothly, and which is designed to carry out industrial precision cutting on sheet metal on a vast scale - and all by automation. You can set it loose on an acre of steel and return in half an hour to a perfectly cut work piece.
