Summary

British Pathe synopsis: "All over the world, the flower harvest proceeds to ensure perfume delight for Eve - " Various shots of women harvesting flowers. "Millions of petals - " Panning shot of large warehouse with petals spread all over the floor. "Specially treated by Adam to extract the fragrant essence - " M/S of two men loading a vat with petals. L/S of the perfume factory floor. M/S of men opening up the vat and letting out steam. "Filling machines to keep hands out of mischief." An automated process is used to fill bottles with perfume. High angle shot of part of the factory with lots of women at work. M/S of part of factory where crates of perfume are sent down a roller conveyor belt. Two women sit at the bottom and seal the lids of the bottles. "The Perfume parade." L/S of boxes of perfume travelling down a conveyor belt. High angle shot of women taking boxes from the conveyor belt as they move past.
